Our mission at Intergenerational Places is to improve the lives of our independant senior community through intergenerational partnerships on college campuses. Our mission is cenetered on the need for affordable, safe and sustainable housing that improves the welfare among those with low or moderate incomes who have been excluded from affordable and available living options. This is done by matching seniors with compatible university housing alternatives.

Our marketing uses multiple channels including:

• digital presence through our website, social media
• community based networking through churches, senior centers and financial advisors
• outreach to our senior veteran’s organizations.

Like other referral and placement organizations, Intergenerational Places requires no costs or fees from our Senior clients. Our housing partners on campus cover the costs of our fee structure.

After spending over four decades in financial planning, Bill redirected his focus to Volunteerism, reaching out to the most vulnerable in Arizona’s veteran and Senior communities.

Bill is an Outreach volunteer and advisory board member of American Patriot Service Corp, which assists veterans and their families cope with financial challenges by providing supplemental income through the Veterans Pension Benefit.

Bill has been showcased in print and broadcast outlets, including a segment
for Arizona 12 News, “ For Those Who Serve”.

His passion for helping our veterans and seniors, has provided Bill with great satisfaction
and purpose.
